The ISO/IEC 10373-6 is the international test standard for functional validation at the analog and protocols levels of smart cards and devices implementing the ISO 14443 protocol in 13.56 Mhz RF communications. It is the foundation for ensuring the reliability, interoperaiblity of contactless smart card components and systems. The ISO/IEC 10373-6 standard and derived testing solutions allow conformance assessment of:
- End-user contactless devices (epassports, smart cards (PICC), tags, keyfobs, NFC handsets)
- Packaged devices (inlays, modules, NFC SIM, MicroSD)
